We are excited to have both our Production Manager and Project Manager working towards their Mold Remediation Contractor License (MRC). They completed the 40 hour training and passed the course exam to move on to the state level exam. 

Containment was key in this remediation project. All of the flooring needed to be covered along with several rooms being sectioned off. The green flooring is a good look, don't you think?

Our mold remediation crew performed work not only in this closet but also in the attic. The insulation in the attic was covering a large area where the HVAC system had been leaking slowly for a while causing microbial growth on the decking. Once the remediation was complete the home was as good as new!

Mold was found in a closet under the stiars in a home that was getting ready to list for sale.
