SERVPRO of Flower Mound repairs the wall where demo was completed.

From the before photo you would think everything was okay with this, right? Wrong. Microbial growth is very tricky and a lot of the time you can't visibly see the cluster of spores. A mold assessment consultant put together a remediation protocol for this customer in order to ensure everything was taken care of properly. 

Our team of remediation professionals removed the affected materials, treated the studs and encapsulated the remaining materials. Once clearance was achieved we replaced the insulation and drywall. The customer would be performing the remodel of their kitchen on their own and when they followed up with the finished product it looked beautiful!
